Returns

If a product is damaged we will replace it if you notify us of the issue within three days of receiving your product.  However, due to our free shipping and the various locations of our global products, we do not accept returns for any other reason.

If a product arrives damaged, within three days contact us at support@brassquail.com with your order number, name shipping address and an image of your damaged product.  We will reply to the email with instructions.

Shipping

Yes, shipping is free for all products.  There is no minimum order for shipping, so order as few or as many items as you like!

Because our items ship from all over the world, they can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.  Most products take 2 weeks to arrive.

At this time Brass Quail only offers shipping to the U.S.  However, if you'd like to place an international order please reach out to us via the Contact form, and we'll do our best to accomodate your international order.
